Nordic United works hard to develop non-motorized winter recreation opportunities and make our public lands more accessible to these activites. Nordic United is the primary voice of non-motorized winter recreation in northern Utah - and its voice is strong!

Nordic United uses membership dues to promote:

  Trail grooming at the Sink Hollow/Beaver Bottoms areas.

  Ski activities such as instructional clinics, races, avalanche awareness seminars, and backcountry ski and snowshoe tours.

  Non-motorized access to public lands, including family activities on beginner terrain and trails, open glades for tree skiing and snowboarding, and steep slopes for killer turns and enough acres to have quiet back-country experiences.
